Nicole born, raised and currently resides in Taunton, Massachusetts.

Her parents emigrated from Terceira, Azores and have instilled in her the cultural values of their Portuguese heritage. Nicole has participated in various shows, with Portuguese artists such as Jack Sebastiao (R.I.P.) and Banda Lobo singing in the Portuguese language and showing her cultural pride despite the fact she does not speak Portuguese fluently.

Nicole had started taking vocal lessons at the age of 6 in which at the age of nine was introduced to Portuguese producer and songwriter Jack Sebastiao. "Working with Jack was a great experience" says Nicole and continues to say "Jack was like a second father to me". For Nicole, the hope of one day recording an album was in reach and in 2005 her first single titled “Mãe Meu Anjo " was released.

After the passing of Jack Sebastiao, Nicole had a great sense of loss and an album unfinished. She was then introduced to Ricardo and Evaldo of R.E. Mix productions close friends and business affiliates of Jack Sebastiao. They continue to work on Nicole’s dream to finish what their mentor had started.

Nicole goes on to say “That it's a great privilege to work with such professionals” and that she feels as comfortable with R.E.Mix as she did with Jack.

Nicole is currently in the studio working on finishing her album with 5 songs written by Jack Sebastiao and 5 entirely newer songs written by Young Fire/R.E. Mix Productions. Currently “Retrato” and “Com Voce Meu Amor” have been completed. Nicole continues to state "I feel that music inspires me to pursue my dreams and goals, especially the sounds of vocalists Celine Dion and Cascada. I hope that someday others can feel the same passion for my music as I do when I listen my favorite artists" Aside of fulfilling her dreams of becoming a musical artist she continues life as a typical teenager participating as a Football and basketball cheerleader, doing gymnastics and just hanging out with her friends.
