Marc Dennis was born in Povoação, S. Miguel - Portugal. As a child Marc didn't have the luxuries of a radio so he would listen to music and the soccer games at his neighbor’s house. Growing up he had such a passion for music wanting to be part of the local marching band however his mother would not allow it while his father was stationed in Bermuda and Mrs. Mota didn't want him out late at night. Years later when he immigrated to the United States he was introduced to "the popular" music and the rest is history.

With hit songs such "Daddy", "Promises", "Saudade de Voce", "Superman", "Aqui não mamas nada" and his biggest hit "La Vai o Varela" he continues to create and re-invent his music. He continues to be inspired by his fans and with the help of arranger Joel Hiller his newly released album "Vinho Cheiro" will continue to dazzle you.

Marc Dennis has been all over the world doing shows in other Portuguese communities through out America, Canada, Bermuda, Venezuela, and Portugal as he continues to share his music with his fan base young and old all over the world.
